What carrier does Mesha's Luxury Hair Collection use for shipping?

Priority Shipping_________ We only ship with two carriers, FEDEX and USPS. WE ONLY SHIP MONDAY- FRIDAY. Luxury Extensions ships 3-5 business days, Custom orders ships 7-14 busness days and pre made/ Premuim wigs ships 3-5 business days. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery. Keep at Appointment______ If you select "Keep at appt" your hair WILL NOT ship out and will be available at your appointment.

What is the Return Policy?

Any product purchased from Mesha's Luxury Hair Collection is FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

SWIMMING AND EXERCISING

Wash the hair immediately after swimming! When dirt and sweat accumulate, hair mattes, tangle, and becomes unmanageable. Be sure to always wear a swim cap made of latex. Carefully comb out any tangles that may be present starting from the bottom and working your way up. Once the hair has been detangled braid the hair in two braids to ensure that all of the hair is protected and tucked neatly under the cap. Following your dip, be sure to wash your hair immediately to remove and damaging chemical that may have snuck under your cap.

SLEEPING

NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. Make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to bed. It is also recommended to wrap your hair together or gently tie it up to prevent tangling.

HOW TO WASH YOUR LUXURY HAIR

• Wash and condition regularly
• Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not run or twist hair
• Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair until clean. Rinse thoroughly
• Blow out excess water with a towel and allow hair to dry naturally.
• Comb curly hair gently with your fingers from end to top. Do not brush (use wide tooth comb for curly hair)
• Brush straighter or loose wavy hair in a downward motion straight with the ends. Work your way up to the roots
• Hair may be tangled is general care directions are not followed properly

After 3-6 months if your frontal/closure need to be replaced from getting old ( balding, shedding) you can purchase a new frontal/closure from meshamichelle.com with $25 off coupon and send your unit to: Mesha Michelle BB (repair)11900 research rd suite 3414, Frisco TX 75033) Please put a note with your First, Last name, original order number and new order number from your frontal/closure purchase. Once recieved a memeber from our team will contact you with a estimate turnaround time. We then will swap the frontal/closure out with the new frontal/closure, bleach the knots, customize your hair line, wash and style (as needed) your unit free as long as you have your original receipt (order number) for your custom unit. APPLYING SUPER LACE ADHESIVE

Make sure you clean the area of skin you will be applying the adhesive with alcohol. For non oily skin apply 3 layers of adhesive, please make sure each layer turns clear before you apply the next layer. After applying all three layers make sure the adhesive is clear before tacking down your lace. For oily skin or heavy sweaters repeat steps above and apply 4-5 layers. Adhesive will last up to 3 weeks with proper application.

How to start my payment plan?

Put your entire order in the cart and email meshamichellebb@gmail.com I would like to start my payment plan with a screenshot of your order. Please put PAYMENT PLAN in the subject for faster response. To start your payment plan you would need to put down a 50% deposit of the total with tax included. Two weeks from the date of your initial payment your final payment will be due. Your unit ships after final payment. There are NO REFUNDS!
